This is included in our agreement with you when you buy your diamond or gemstone jewelry from N.J. Diamonds, and it has been our promise for over 30 years. There is absolutely no charge for this service—no hidden fees, no surprises—ever. Just bring your ring to us every 4 months so we can clean, inspect, and professionally check your prongs, mountings, and stones to help prevent loss or damage and protect your investment for a lifetime. We tighten loose stones, check for wear, and make sure your jewelry is safe and secure, all as part of our free lifetime service. That’s it. While other stores often charge $150.00 to $300.00 for this same level of care, we simply don’t agree with those fees, and we are proud to include it for our customers at no cost.
