In our jewelry store, your jewelry is repaired by our Jewelry Repair Specialist, who has over 25 years of experience specializing in the craft of jewelry repair. Please do not insult his hard work or his expertise by trying to negotiate the price of your repair.

The price given is fair and non-negotiable. Our minimum price for anything repaired is $25.00. What does this mean? Well, if you have a bracelet or necklace broken in two places, that will be $40.00 for a small chain. The price does go up from there, depending on the thickness of the chain or bracelet being repaired. We use only the best equipment and supplies to repair your jewelry. Gold jewelry is repaired only with gold and solder, unlike some places that use any metal to repair your broken jewelry. If your chain is 14 karat gold, then we will use 14 karat gold solder to repair the broken area. The same goes for 18 karat and 21 karat. If you are repairing or sizing a platinum ring, use platinum, not gold. We polish and clear each piece of jewelry that we repair. We have your jewelry repair on average the next day. If there is something more complicated or many items to repair, it could take two days.
