Color matching, heat sensitivity, stone condition, and previous repairs all affect how the work should be approached.
How long does jewelry repair take?
Many routine repairs are completed from the next business day to about three days. Complicated restoration, replacement parts, multiple items, or work that requires special materials can take longer. We do not promise while-you-wait service because proper inspection, repair, finishing, and quality checks take time.
